  • You can choose to make self care goals, or even health and wellness goals such as food and exercise goals.

  • Each week everyone will set their own personal goals that they want to be held accountable for and we will all hold you to it.

  • Sticking to our healthy habits throughout the holidays can be tough, but we will do this together. We all struggle and we will be there to support each other through the hard times.

  • We will have our own private Facebook group to communicate in, to post pictures, and share our struggles. You will be required to post a lot, it is the main way we hold you accountable! Share pictures of your meals/snacks and workouts, or self care. Anything that is helping you stay on track to meet your own personal goals.

  • I’ll be available anytime you need me for questions or concerns.

  • Hi! I’m Brittney! I’m a 31 year “young” mom, dog mom, daughter, friend and wife. I stay super busy with my job and my son plays travel baseball. I hardly ever have time for myself. Eight months ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. When the Dr suggest mediation 2x a day and monthly liver enzymes check ups, I decided it was time to take control of MY body myself. I deserved some self care. I researched for days how gluten is super hard to our bodies and had been researched that gluten does NOTHING to help with joint support. So, I decided it was time for a LIFE CHANGE. I cut out carbs, gluten, caffeine and added in exercise everyday of my daily routine. After much success and losing 22lbs, I knew the holidays were gonna be tough. I have known Sabrina thru Facebook and mutual friends for a few years now. I’ve always envied her passion for clean living and encouraging others to give it their all. I decided that meeting new people and being in an accountability group was exactly what I needed to push me thru the next few weeks. In the last few weeks, I’ve had a lot of personal things going on. Working from home because of Covid then, due to the election and different opinions my close friends decided to spilt, my dogs health took a turn for the worse, and this group personally pulled me thru. I was a bit shy to post personal details- but reading the post from others really encouraged me and showed me that I wasn’t the only one going through personal times. Sabrina reached out to me personally many times to check in, asked to work out with me, she posted weekly meal ideas, she messaged our group many times throughout the day to remind us to drink our water & hydrate our bodies. Even through her own struggles, she still worried about us in her group to take time and encourage us.
